Among trees and open field, a family farm waits on a preserved land. For a short while, it opened to those who arrived and those who stayed for awhile.
A dedicated area for tents and vans. Dry toilets, cold outdoor shower, drinking water points, a communal kitchen and shared spaces.
About one hour north of Lisbon by car, also reachable by public transport. The exact location was shared only with those who had a place.
entre_tanto is a non-profit project that emerges from the collaboration of three collectives with a shared vision of celebrating art, music and nature alongside their communities. To keep the gathering light upon the land, each person brought a small offering of 20€ — it helped carry the quiet things that held our weekend together.
Gates opened, people settled in and made some new friends. The music started when the sun went down.
Yoga in the morning, slow rides through the day and performances that inhabited the field until late.
A long lunch, slow listening and a final celebration. We took down what we brought. Check-out until 6pm.
We did not announce names. We did not publish schedules. Who played, who cooked and who held each moment was only known once you were there.
